• Choose the type of cleaning service closest to the condition of the home and according to your cleaning needs
• State your full name, exact address, email, and phone number
• We accept payments via Zelle, Cash, and Check
• Changes without a fee can be made like rescheduling or canceling a booking outside 24 hours or else an $80 fee is applied if less than 24-hour notice
• Customers can request the same cleaner as the previous cleaning as long as the STAR MAIDS Cleaner is available if not we will do our very to assign the same kind of cleaner
• Our cleaners will bring their own cleaning supplies so no need to worry it’s included in the service but if the customer prefers to use his/her own cleaning products that would be okay
